Data Processing

  • Documentation content is indexed only in your active browser session.

  • Indexed data remains local and is not transmitted anywhere.

  • Indexed content is cleared when you close the extension, refresh the page, or clear your browser data.

Permissions

The extension requires the following permissions for core functionality:

  • Active tab access: To index and highlight documentation content on the current page.

  • Storage access: To temporarily store sidebar settings (e.g., theme preferences, UI state).

These permissions are used only for providing the search, navigation, and sidebar functionality of the extension.

Third-Party Services

  • We do not integrate with any third-party services.

  • We do not use analytics or tracking tools.

  • We do not share any data with third parties.

Data Security

  • All processing (indexing, search, navigation, sidebar rendering) happens locally in your browser.

  • No data is transmitted over the internet.

  • No user data is stored or retained.
